Terms and Conditions of That Wonderful Experience Offer (Offer)
This Offer is sponsored by Shoppers Stop Limited (the Company) and brought to you in association with Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (the Promoter). This Offer entitles First Citizen Club Members shopping at any of the Shoppers Stop Stores for select merchandise with bill value, including GST of Rs. 10,000/- to be eligible to obtain one of the two vouchers – get 2 movie tickets for select theatres or get voucher for hair cut or pedicure and manicure at select salons (“Vouchers”).
The Offer will be run directly by the Promoter in accordance with the Terms and conditions mentioned below -
1. First Citizen Club members shopping at Shoppers Stop Stores in Mumbai and Hyderabad Stores shall be eligible to receive Vouchers upon completing purchase of Rs.10,000 and above in single bill during the offer period 19th Feb 2025 to 22nd Feb 2025.
2. The voucher is valid until April 01, 2025, and can be activated/redeemed by scanning the QR code on the front of the voucher.
3. This Offer is applicable only for Shoppers Stop First Citizen Club members.
4. The First Citizen Club member must present the confirmation mail or SMS at the time of availing the services .
5. This offer cannot be clubbed with any existing offers / discounts.
6. No extension will be provided beyond the voucher expiry date.
7. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Any dispute arising from this voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

10. Shoppers Stop reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of this Offer, including terms and conditions contained herein at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
11. Promoter shall be solely responsible for fulfilment of Voucher conditions, including the booking and fulfilment of Movie or Salon services. Shoppers Stop holds no obligation to provide or facilitate this service.
Terms and Conditions - Movie Ticket
1. This offer entitles the user to 02 (two) complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Sunday and only for all shows. Offer valid in select cities only.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday, or any public holiday will be attended to on the subsequent Monday or working day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 24 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked again. To avail the Offer, customer shall show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled, transferred or rescheduled.
7. The offer is open to residents of India only.
8. The offer is valid for available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
9. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax and other special screenings.
10. Any third person accompanying the movie code holder must pay the full ticket price at actuals.
11. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
12. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
13. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
14. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
15. The Movie code is redeemable in accordance with the date mentioned on the Voucher.
16. If the Promoter has already emailed, or sent by SMS, an entrant’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, the Promoter will not re-send the Movie ticket e-voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.

18. The tickets will be provided on as-is-basis. The Company does not give any guarantee or take any responsibility and / or liability for the tickets issued.
19. Participants and / or the winner will not hold the Company responsible and/ or liable for any actions, claims, demands, damages defects, deficiency, losses, costs, charges and expenses which a participant and / or winner may suffer, sustain or incur by way of the offer or connected with the ticket.
20. In the event on non-happening of the movie for reasons beyond anybody’s control or due to the Act of God, pandemic, government restrictions then neither the Company, nor its Directors, Managers, staff, employees, agents, sponsors nor their agents, successors or assigns shall be liable to all or any of the customers and / or participants and / or the winners.
21. The Company reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of the terms & conditions or to replace wholly or in part this Offer by another scheme whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw this offer altogether without any prior notice.
22. Any dispute arising from the above Promotional Scheme or prize(s) offered herein is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
Terms and Conditions for Salon Services (Choose One)
1. This Voucher entitles you to one free Haircut or Manicure & Pedicure from Monday to Sunday at a participating salon in your city. Only ONE service can be redeemed per day, per visit. Offer is valid in select cities
2. A minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice is mandatory to make an appointment. Once confirmed, an SMS with the booking details will be sent to you.
3. In case of non-availability, Bigcity will provide you with an alternate slot or venue.
4.If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not show at the venue, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
5. To avail the experience, present the voucher and flash the booking confirmation SMS upon arrival at the venue.
6. Any additional services undertaken would need to be borne by you at the actual cost as per the salon rate card.
7. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
8. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
9. Treatments available and their duration vary between venues.
10. Participating venues and therapists are all contracted to participate in the pampering offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays).
11. Some participating venues have restricted times on the availability of the offer – customers are recommended to call in advance to check.
12. The services will be provided on as-is-basis. The Company does not give any guarantee or take any responsibility and / or liability for the services provided by the salon.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Shoppers Stop Limited and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD., its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
3. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
4. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
5. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.
6. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
7. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
8. A maximum of one voucher may be used per person, per mobile number/email id, per household, per venue, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder).
9. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.

11. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. has already emailed or sent the voucher by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
12. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.
13. Participating venues reserve the right to vary the timings and offer availability. Some venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer. Customers are recommended to call the concierge in advance to check the exact terms of the offer.
14. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
18. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
19. The Company and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.
20. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
21. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
22. The Company does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. of such a product or service.
23. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
